For as long as she can remember, Arcadia Co-Owner Kim To has had a special connection with flowers. But she never dreamed that this connection would blossom into a life-long career. After 19 years of planning and saving while working in the silk floral industry, Kim and her husband Tony were thrilled to open the doors of Arcadia Floral & Home Décor in 2008. They have been proudly helping Houstonians fill their lives with beauty ever since.
