Rows of themed designer Christmas trees on display at Arcadia's Houston showroom

Designer Christmas Trees in Houston

A designer Christmas tree is not something you take home in a box. It is a composition — silhouette, palette, texture, and light, layered until the tree becomes the room's center of gravity.

Arcadia's showroom holds more than fifty fully decorated Christmas trees, each built around a distinct theme. Not fifty variations on red and gold. Fifty separate design directions: a nutcracker tree standing beside an all-white snowstorm, a black and gold statement tree across the aisle from an owl tree layered in burlap, pinecone, and manzanita branch. You walk between them, and you know within minutes which one is yours.

Every tree in the showroom is dressed by our own designers. When you find the one you want, we build it for you — the same theme, scaled to your ceiling, your palette, and your room.

Undecorated trees are available from six to twelve feet, flocked, pre-lit, and traditional. Take one off the floor today or pre-order for the season.

A tree is the beginning. Our full range of Christmas décor and ornaments completes the room around it.

Family-owned and serving Houston since 1988.

You Won’t Leave Wondering How to Put It Together

Choosing the tree is the easy part. Making it look like the one in our showroom is where most people get stuck.

That is why every custom tree collection at Arcadia includes a private, one-on-one lesson with the designer who helped you create it.

We start with coordination — selecting the palette, ribbons, unique ornaments, specialty picks, tree topper, and textures that make a theme feel cohesive rather than scattered. We calculate the exact quantities you actually need, not to fill a cart, but to complete the vision. If we can see you already have enough ornaments, we will tell you.

Then we teach you. Using your chosen elements right on our showroom display, we guide you step by step. We encourage you to record the lesson on your phone so you have your custom blueprint ready to rewatch in November.

Afterward, we sort and box your collection by section so setup at home is organized and seamless.

And if you are standing in your living room in November wondering where the next ornament tucks in, text us a photo. Your lesson does not end when you leave the showroom.

Every year, clients tell us their family asked who came in and decorated the tree. It looked professionally done because it was. They did it themselves, with our design behind it.

Lessons take place during the same visit, while your selections are still fresh and the excitement is still in the room. We use your actual ornaments and ribbon on our showroom tree, not stand-ins.

Plan on one to two hours for a six-foot tree, from selecting your elements through the end of your lesson. Larger trees take longer. Call ahead to reserve a designer, or walk in and we will start if one is available.

The Depth Behind Every Theme

Fifty themes are only possible because of what stands behind them. Arcadia carries:

  • More than 100 varieties of Christmas florals — poinsettia, magnolia, amaryllis, anthurium, snowball, orchid, calla lily, hydrangea, rose, and more

  • Over 1,000 distinct designs of sprays and picks for tree toppers and accents

  • Hundreds of ornament designs and colors, from 4 inches to 20 inches in diameter

  • More than 30 types of decorative berry

  • Over 50 pine species sprays

These are Christmas florals specifically — a collection built for the season, separate from our year-round botanicals. And these are design varieties, not stock counts: one hundred different flowers to choose from, not one hundred of the same stem. It is the reason two customers can build the same theme and walk out with trees that look nothing alike.

Ribbon ties every theme together — explore our premium ribbon in velvet, wired, and seasonal designs.

Glam & Elegant Metallics

Every tree in this family is built on one principle: light. Not the lights strung through it — the way a hundred surfaces catch and throw it back. Faceted crystal, mirrored glass, sequin, pearl, and burnished metal, layered until the tree reads luminous from across the room.

This is Arcadia's most requested collection, and the one built on our own exclusive designs.

Champagne Gold & Warm Platinum — Warm-toned and softly reflective. Antiqued gold, champagne ribbon, pale metallic picks, and gilded floral stems.

Pearl & Winter White — Ivory, alabaster, and pearl in matte and gloss. Beaded garland, frosted glass, and pearl-drop ornaments.

Crystal & Rhinestone Shimmer — The highest-shine tree we build. Rhinestone, faceted crystal, sequin, and jeweled ornaments that throw light in every direction.

Iridescent Opal & Ice White — Opalescent, prismatic, and cool-toned. Color shifts as you move around it.

Silver & Antiqued Pewter — Liquid platinum against dark pewter and mercury glass. Silver at its most dimensional, never flat.

Copper & Antiqued Bronze — Warm metal at its richest. Copper, chocolate bronze, and burnished brass, deeper and quieter than gold.

Gold, silver, and copper run through the entire family, mixed or kept clean. Every one of these is built to a customer's palette and ceiling.

Traditional & Nostalgic

These are the trees people remember before they see them. Red, green, and gold in the proportions Christmas has always used, and the variations that came after — red, gold, green, and blue for a cooler, more formal room.

Nutcracker — Soldiers, tin drums in every size, soldier-hat toppers, nutcracker ribbon, and regimental red and gold. The most requested tree we build for families with children.

Angel — Ivory, gold, and soft feather, extending into a full celebration of the season's music and story: nativity scenes, Christmas carollers, angels, music-note and instrument ornaments, and piano-keys ribbon.

Poinsettia — Built on the flower itself, in over twenty shades and every size, from small tucked blooms to oversized statement stems, layered deep into the branches rather than perched on them.

Santa — Every Santa we can find, from small hanging figures to a full-size seated Santa beneath the tree.

Classic Heritage — Red, green, and gold at its most complete. Crimson velvet ribbon, warm gold baubles, mercury glass, pinecone and berry picks.

Tartan & Brass Heritage — Deep tartan plaid, hunter green, navy, polished brass, and rich red berry. Tailored and old-world.

Vintage Tinsel — Mid-century nostalgia. Tinsel garland, blown-glass reflectors, clip-on birds, and oversized glass finials.

Tartan & Peppermint — Crisp red and white stripe, peppermint picks, frosted accents, and plaid poinsettia.

Crimson velvet, mercury glass, blown glass, plaid, and wood run through the whole family.

Rustic & Woodsy

The woodland trees are where Arcadia's depth shows most plainly. Each one is built from the ground up in burlap, pinecone, twig, and manzanita branch, then layered with sugar fruit and jingle bells until the whole thing looks like something that grew that way.

The palette runs warm and earthy: brown, chocolate, copper, champagne, gold, burgundy, and lime green for contrast.

Deer — Staghorn branches, willow twigs, and antlers layered through brown twig and green mossy balls, finished with brown leather and burlap ribbon. Natural texture from top to bottom, and beautiful in a room with a fireplace.

Owl — A crowned king and queen owl preside over the tree, one in gold, one in white pearl. Below them, big round white owls, mother owls with their babies, and woodsy browns and greys tucked into the branches.

Cardinal — Red against snowy white and evergreen, the way the real thing looks on a winter morning. Simple, striking, and full of meaning for many families.

Berry — Cream, red, and burgundy berry branches, hanging clusters, and berry balls built up in layers. The most classic tree in this family, and the easiest to live with year after year.

Squirrel — Acorns, walnuts, and chestnuts with blueberries and sugared fruit throughout. A mother squirrel holds her baby while the others chase one another around the tree, and hedgehogs gather underneath.

Bird, Butterfly & Dragonfly — Nests with eggs, plump perched birds, and more than twenty kinds of beaded birds, butterflies, and dragonflies catching the light. Rewards a second look, and a third.

No two of these trees look alike, even when they start from the same family. That is the entire point, and it is not something a boxed decorating kit can offer.

Winter Frost

Cool-toned trees built almost entirely from texture rather than color. Flocking, frost, and glass, in a palette that barely leaves white.

Frosty Icy Pine — Ice blue, crisp white, and shimmering silver. Glass icicles, glittered snow spray, and frosted snowflakes.

All-White Snowstorm — A fully flocked tree packed with matte white, gloss white, and clear crystal glass. No second color anywhere. The effect is a cloud, not a tree.

Frosted Berry & Birch — Heavily frosted pine tucked with red holly berry, frosted eucalyptus, and birch twig. The one tree in this family that lets warmth in.

Snowy pines, soft pines, snow spray, and glass carry the family. These trees do their best work in a room with warm lighting, where the cool palette reads silver instead of stark.

Whimsical & Playful

The trees children stop in front of. Bright, sweet, and unapologetically fun — and consistently the ones adults photograph most in our showroom.

Candy Cane — Red and white stripe from top to bottom, with oversized candy cane picks and peppermint ribbon.

Cupcake & Candyland — Frosted cupcakes, lollipops, macarons, and sugar-sweet picks in pastel and candy brights.

Gingerbread — Gingerbread men, iced cookies, and warm spice tones with gingham ribbon.

Princess — Blush, rose, and soft gold. Tulle, crowns, and feather.

Elf — Lime green, red, and stripe, with elves tucked through the branches.

Monster — Bright, silly, and slightly ridiculous. The tree kids ask to go back and see.

Snowman — Snowmen at every size, in white, orange, and scarf-plaid.

Modern & Statement

The trees that break the rules on purpose, and the reason people bring visitors to the showroom.

Black & Gold — High contrast and dramatic. Matte black against gilded metal.

Black & Silver — The cooler version. Black, platinum, and mirrored glass.

Botanical Floral Explosion — Branches bursting with oversized silk amaryllis, magnolia, roses, and hydrangea, with trailing greenery. The tree only a permanent botanical showroom can build, drawn from the same collection behind our luxury silk and artificial flowers.

Nautical & Coastal — Built for Galveston Island and bay-house living. An entire under-the-sea world: seashell ornaments and garland, coral picks, starfish, seahorse, turtle, fish, mermaid, seagull, and lighthouse, with anchor, buoy, rope ball, fishing net, blown glass, and nautical ribbon. Rope, driftwood, seafoam, navy, and weathered neutrals throughout.

Texas & Patriotic — Texas at its proudest. Bluebonnets, Texas map and flag, stars, red-white-and-blue florals and picks, with patriotic and rodeo ribbon.

Team Colors — Trees built in team palettes: burnt orange and white, maroon and white, crimson, scarlet and gray, green and gold, navy and orange.

Upside-Down — Suspended and inverted, opening the floor beneath it. Dramatic where space is tight and impact matters most. Nobody forgets one.

Christmas Archways — Fully decorated arches built at entry scale, for doorways, foyers, and grand entrances.

Come See Them Lit

A decorated tree does not photograph the way it stands in a room. The light moves, the texture reads, and you know the one that's yours the moment you see it in person.
